Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?
Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?
All tickets are non-refundable. However, they are transferable – if you can’t attend, you can pass your ticket on to someone else.
Is there an age limit for ODB FEST?
Yes. ODB FEST is strictly an 18+ event. Valid photo ID will be required at the entrance. Spot checks will take place throughout the weekend too
Can I upgrade my ticket later?
Yes. If you’ve already bought a Weekend Pass, you can upgrade to VIP or add Glamping/Backstage packages while availability lasts. Contact the ticket team to arrange it.
How quickly do tickets sell out?
ODB FEST is capped at 4,000 people. Once we’re sold out, there are no more tickets released. We recommend securing your pass early to avoid missing out.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. All tickets are digital and can be scanned from your phone. Just make sure your QR code is clear and your phone is charged when you arrive.
